Online and Face to Face Classes

All classes are mixed ability, these are suitable for beginners and intermediate students. 
Don’t be put off if you feel unfit or you are a novice, all of the classes are really informal and friendly.
Each session is designed to cover the major muscle groups and work on balance, muscle strength and joint flexibility. Exercises are layered so students work at the level they feel is right for them and can progress at a comfortable pace.

To attend an online class just email me and I will send you a link. Follow the instruction which will help you to download Zoom if you don’t already have it. You will be able to see me and other attendees or you can turn off your camera if you want some privacy. The great thing is that we can talk to each other just like a normal class!

Face to face classes are currently held at Odell Village Hall. Please bring a mat and a drink, all other equipment will be provided. It’s best to arrive 10 mins early to prepare. The Hall is easy to find and there is parking available.

I will set up each class 15 minutes early so we can iron out any issues and get started.

Private sessions are available on request. In these sessions we discuss your needs and build a personalised plan of exercise. These are perfect for anyone with specific needs and for those who would prefer not to attend a large class.
